After changing Permalink settings, cannot access login page

Hello, not sure if this Forum can help me on this?
When I change the Permalink settings from "Post name" to "Plain", other pages/posts worked fine but I cannot access via:
https://example.com/login
https://example.com/wp-login
They only return me 404 messages.
But it works when I visit via the URL:
https://example.com/wp-login.php
May I know how can I fix the issue?

The permalink settings are completely handled by WordPress so it wouldn't be a theme issue:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-permalinks-screen/
I would recommend making sure all your plugin and server cache is cleared.
