Affiliate Payment issue

Since November last year,
I got few affiliate referral,
however until now I still haven't receive any payment on my Paypal account.
Would you please let me know if there are any problem can be solved?

Hi there,
I just took a look and it looks like you didn't hit the 75$ Minimum payout. All referrals need to be over 30 days (to work with our refund policy).
