Affiliate Clicks Not Tracking

Hello, I wasn't sure where to go for guidance on this.
The affiliate area shows I have five clicks so far this month; however, through my link tracking plugin, I have 63.
Indeed, some are bots and crawlers, but even if that were true for 20% of them, I'd still have 50.
This seems odd to me because other affiliate programs match my link tracking much more closely.
I can provide a CSV file of my clicks if necessary.
Can this be handled over email? Or what should I do?

This doesn't sound like a theme-related issue, I can't think of there's any setting of GP that would interfere with the result.
Have you tried contacting the support of the click tracking plugin or code provider?

I understand that my issue isn't theme related, but I don't see where else to get help as an affiliate.
Is there no affiliate program manager? If not, that's okay; I was just wondering.
