Advice on how to tackle a fiddly Hero design

Hello, I've been making a hero design in Elementor, but it's really tempremental responsively.
I want to have a go at making it in Generate Press and wondered if I could get some pointers.

The hero design I have been asked to make has 3 layers.
Background macro image is copper - this is to be fixed so it can parallax scroll.
Then I have to add an overlay over this which is an svg white - with a triangle cut out so that the copper peeks through.

The client wants the CTA button to be in the right column, over the triangle - (this is the tricky bit - as I'm finding the button moved all over the place in different screen sizes - and it's not conventional to have this in the right column)

The h1 and h2's are on the left. Any advice on if this can be achieved in GP would be amazing.
