Advice on adding dynamic content

I like the small footprint of GeneratePress.

You are always doing a great job on minimizing the footprint in so many ways. So I thought, how can make text fade in, float in, magically turn up (which is very popular on many websites these days) when I scroll the page and with a small footprint? Don’t know how to properly refer to this scroll-to-animate function.
