Advice Needed.

Hi I need a bit of guidance please.
I am really pleased with GP Premium, but am a bit stuck on my website
So far it's all coming along nicely except for one thing. where it says
EXPLORE GENERATEPRESS CATALYST
A Stellar GeneratePress Site to Ignite Your Next Project
I can't find any way to edit it. I have tried through the customisation and edit page, but no joy
Can you advise me how I can edit it please.
I'm working in Chrome and at time of writing this ticket, have had enough of trying to figure it out, so need a bit of guidance please
