I changed the color of the to top button.
But
I am not able to move it against the right side of the screen.
I am not able to delete the alt text.

So the delete of the alt text is still a question.

Tha alt text of the to top button.

It says in Dutch: Scroll terug naar boven. (Scroll back to top)

Like when you hover over the back to top button? That text is pretty important for accessibility reasons (screen readers etc..).

You can always overwrite the function in your child theme or PHP file: https://github.com/tomusborne/GeneratePress/blob/master/inc/template-tags.php#L627-L651
