Adjusting Container (Image) Height in Elements

I’m working on a new website build and using elements to create the various blocks. I can’t seem to get the Hero Image as large as I’d like. Is there a way that I can keep the image stretched across the entire Home Page but increase the height overall?
I’d also like to have the heading text (tag line) that will sit above that image, transition on to the Page from one side. I need to play around more with the functionality but figured I’d ask at the same time.

Hi there,
if you select a Container Block you can change its Spacing > Min Height or increase its Top / Bottom Padding:

If just worked out the container height item so all good.
If you could advise re: transitioning the text that would be great.

I am not 100% sure i understand.
Do you want to animate the text so is 'scrolls' in from one side to sit over the image ?
Yes - animating the text to scroll from one side and/or transition (fade in).
