adjust vertical padding mobile gallery

How do I increase the padding between the button and the next image in the gallery?

I’m using the block editor and have a 4 column grid. Each grid has an image and a CTA beneath it. On mobile they’re too close together but on desktop they’re fine.

Instead of using one grid block per row of items, try adding all items inside one grid block:

Then you can use the vertical gap option with the mobile toggle:
