Adjust margin at top and bottom of main site

Ok thanks Leo. With the separate containers layout, adjusting content padding didn't seem to do anything. But it does with the One Container layout. I think they one container content layout actually seems to model the example site best. Would you be able to please take a look at the example site and let me know padding around the content is best achieved with the separate or one container layout? I like how the sidebar and main content have the same margin.

I would say One Container is the way to go.
