Adjust columns

Hi, I'm posting this because I can't seem to adjust the width of my columns in mobile and tablet versions.
I have created 3 columns:
I selected the first column:
In the settings (right side panel), I don't see anywhere to select "mobile" and "tablet" in order to adjust the width of the selected column:
Do you have a clue to give me to solve this problem?
