adjust blog page container only

I would like adjust blog page container only. It's currently displaying at full width which I have set to 1600px. I would like to contain the content on the blog page. Or set right / left margins to 100px on each side.
How can I do that without effecting any settings of all the other pages?

You can create a layout element, set container width to a smaller value, set blogas location.

Thank you Ying. That worked however now I need to adjust the top/bottom margin since the content is flush against the header & footer.
You don't have to set it to be contained, you can leave it as default, only fill in the value as width.
