Adjust/Align Site Pages Layout and Update Font

Hey guys,
Was curious if there is a way (other than the theme customization page) to adjust the sites pages layout ald cover image placement in one shot? Can you also confirm I'm able to update the sites font type and size from the customize theme section after it's been added?

sorry i don't quite understand - are you asking whether changes can be made after a Site has been imported from the Site Library or something else. Let me know.
