Additional CSS still missing

I've seen the answer to 'missing CSS' and followed the instructions, however the 'Additional CSS' add on is still missing. I deleted the plug in and re-installed it, but it hasn't solved the problem. What do I do next?
Hi Gabrielle,
The Additional CSS field is actually added by WordPress 4.7 so make sure your WordPress is up to date.
