Adding Two HTML Links In Footer Bar

I am adding html code to my footer bar next to copyright, and it is not showing up after hitting publish. It works in the top bar though. Can you help? I think my code isn't correct. I put my login credentials, and the code in the private section below.
Hi there,
have you tried using a Footer Bar widget for adding those two links ?
The best method would be to create a Menu for the two links and use a Navigation Menu widget.
