Adding text to the right of Date posted/Posted by.

Hello,
I have looked over the forums and I can't seem to find the answer to this. I am looking to add text to the right of the Data posted/by Author (though I have author display disabled). I am looking to add some custom PHP code here https://shelby.d.pr/tmbPW6 (Don't worry I already have the custom code I want to add, just not sure the function to add it to that area).
