Adding Text Shadow to Icons

Hi,
Using the Headline block, when I add text shadow it applies it to the text only but not the icon that's beside it. I tried changing the Target to Icon, but it doesn't seem to apply.
Can you please help?

I believe text shadow can only be applied to text.
