Adding text between dynamic content

I have a hook element showing dynamic information about the current post, like author, date, avatar and so on...
Is it possible to add text between dynamic content so something like this is shown: Post written by (Dynamic content-Author name) and published on (Dynamic content date) in (dynamic content category)

if you're using the Block Element - Dynamic Data then yes, when you select a data option there is a field for adding before text:
