Adding starter sites

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't find how to load/add a starter site from the premium site library. I've watched the video, but my GeneratePress tab in WordPress doesn't look like it does in the video. When I click on the tab, it gives me the Start Customizing box with Site Identity, COlor Options, Etc. Then under it I have GeneratePress Premium with boxes for Theme Builder, Site Library, etc. When I click on any of those, it just takes me to the GP page for each of those functions.

I'm trying to load Solo.
