Adding php code above content

Hi,
I'm using plugin to display last few post above content.

I'm trying to do with elements -> hook...

When I type text is display on correct place, but when I add php code of plugin it is not display.

Example of the php shortcode is here:
<?php echo do_shortcode("[pt_view id=cb80eb576n]"); ?>

Please help.

I manage... straight after when I add post... I just forgot to check the Execute Shortcodes
Execute PHP.
