Adding Phone icon beside Mobile Menu Toggle

Hi,

Bit of a customize question!

Customer wants a phone icon beside the mobile menu toggle that is clickable. Is there a easy way of adding this without installing a whole new mobile menu plugin. Maybe adding it via Hooks?

Any help would be brilliant...
