Adding Paypal html to a GP page

Hi,
I'm trying to add a simple Buy Now Paypal button on a page on my websites. Nearest I found only works in older versions.
I simply want a button where they fill in the invoice number and the amount and that takes them to Paypal to pay by pp or card. This worked perfectly on my old website so I want to add the Paypal generated HTML code to the relevant pages, but not quite sure how to get to the text page and how to position it.
All the other Paypal plug ins I found either wanted a shopping cart or a few basic choices with fixed prices.

No, the old site was HTML.

So what is the issue when you add the code?
Can you link me to a page with the code added?
I am simply asking how to get from the dashboard to the code page to paste the HTML text.
Sorry I'm not quite sure what you are asking.
From site ground's link, the code can be pasted into the normal HTML editor in the edit page/post screen?
There isn't anything special GP that you need to do.
