Adding of not clickable menu item

Hello dear GP-Team,
I want add to my menu some menu item with sub-menu pages. But this menu item should not to be clickable, just mouse-over with other color and showing of my sub-menu pages. How can I do it? I hope, you can understand what I want. :-)

You want to use a Custom Link for the parent menu item.
