Adding "Next Post" and "Previous Post" wording above next and previous posts

Hi - rather than just have a chevron and then the post title, is there a way to be more descriptive and add wording above them e.g. "Next Post" and "Previous Post".

Hi Leo - thanks for the response. That is kinda half way there as in it now shows a chevron and the words Next & Previous. But what I'm ideally after is for the post title to appear under those Next & Previous headings (as per screenshot). Is there a way of adjusting the code to do that?
