adding new item to section

Hi - basic question please... cold you tell me how to add another person to the Trustees block in https://bikettf.org/about-us/ (half way down page)
I have clicked on the block but cant see how to make 5 sections rather than 4 so I can add another person.

You will need to click each container and make them 20% each instead of the default 25%:

Then just add one more container:
