Adding menu footer and footer related posts

Hi there! I need a help on how and where I can edit these two in the backend please?
This is what I am trying to edit:

Already fixed the footer menu. Just added it on the footer bar widget.
The only thing is not yet fix is how to change or add the related posts at the meta entry div.

To clarify, do you want to add it BEFORE the post navigation or after?

I don't think we need a plugin for it. As you can see, there is already a category posts that only needs to be replaced. However, I couldn't find on the back-end where to change this or if it can be changed as a related post. That needs to be sorted out first of where I can edit this.

Related Posts is not a theme option. It does require a plugin to add them.
