Adding Icon to Primary Menu with Centered Logo

I'm trying to add an Icon to the left side of the logo on a site with a centered logo. The problem I'm having is when I add another menu item to the menu, it pushes one of the menu items that are currently on the left side of the logo, over to the right side of the logo, making everything uneven.
I'm trying to get an SVG Icon to the left of "About NHYM". Any ideas what the best way to do this would be?

You should be able to add the SVG icon HTML code directly in the menu item label field.

The SVG is on my computer. Can I just open the file and copy that code?
My bigger problem is when I add any menu item at all, it pushes the "JOIN THE MVMT" menu item to the right of the logo. It's not even at all. I'm not sure why it's doing that.
Where the menu items split can actually be adjusted in the CSS.
