Adding floating div on top of slider in page banner

I apologize in advance for this question requesting help with customizations. I have found from a previous thread how to get a slider in a page banner, and also how to place a floating div over an image in a page banner. Today, I am trying to figure out how to get a floating div over a slider.
Is it possible to do this with the metaslider plugin or would I have to use a slider that can support a floating div?
Hi Roy,
You may need to use a more advanced slider like "Revolution Slider" or "Master Slider".
Those plugins allow full layers.
