Adding content

hello - Am doing second website using a theme from the library so havn't actually done a site from scratch hence my really basic following questions ....
How do I add something BEFORE an existing block? I want to add something to the top of a page but havnt worked out how!
Also have tried using the "move" function but no luck. I highlight the block, then click "move" but nothing happens!

Also, can you point us to the specific "Block" within the page where you want to add content? So we can point out how you can add one.

Hi Elvin - think I havw worked it out - just click + to add a block and then move it to where it's wanted Is there an option to create it where it is needed initially rather than move it around?

couple of ways:
1. If you hover your mouse between blocks you should see the +Add block option:

2. If thats being a pain then select a block and in its Toolbar 3 dot menu theres an option to insert before / insert after
