Is it possible to add a code pen sample that uses JavaScript like this?

I am also having trouble adding a simple one like this.. Any ideas?
Hi there,
These solutions cannot be integrated easily with the theme (any themes) header generally.
You would need to basically create a custom header to implement it.
It would be pretty complicated unless you've had some coding knowledge already.
