Adding a View All categories button

Hi,

I'm enjoying Generate Blocks and used for the blog archive the Dynamic function to list category terms at the top of the page. But this might be more of a theme function - I would like to be able to display next to the category button list a "View All" categories button.

I've scoured through GB, left a question (no answer). When I look online, it mostly addresses this as a menu. Is there some way I can add a "View All" button?
