I’m using the Text Widget and want to display links to pages on my site but don’t want those pages to appear in the main navigation bar, or as dropdowns (sub-nav). Is there an easy way to do this without creating a new menu? The theme only supports one menu, right?

    Hi Joe,

Go to “Appearance > Menus” and create a whole new menu with whatever name you want – add the pages you want in your widget to that menu and save.

Now in your widgets, use a “Custom Menu” widget instead of a text widget, and it will display the pages you added to the new custom menu.

Let me know if this makes sense or not ๐Ÿ™‚

Excellent! That works just fine, thank you.

I was confused by the statement in the menu area- Manage Locations tab – that says, “Your theme only supports one menu”.
