Adding a date post published to Google Analytics

Hello:
Perhaps this is a bit off topic but I wondered if anyone has had any success in adding a date published section in Google Analytics? So that as well as seeing the usual metrics about visitors and time on page etc there is a column displaying when the post was published? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never heard of modifications for the Google Analytics code.
