Add widget/extended category information above post title

That has worked, but the navigation menu should also be in the right, like it is on this page bookanalysis.com - it doesn't seem to do this post pages?

I'm assuming you've set the Navigation Location inside a Header Element: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#site-header

Make sure that's set to "Default" in your Header Elements if you want to use the Customizer setting.
