Add Title to Posts Page

I would like to add a title to the top of my Posts page. Looking at this page now, I only see a grid of the thumbnails and titles of my posts.
In Settings -> Your homepage displays -> A static page -> Posts page -> I selected the "Travel Blog" page.
When I click "Edit Page", I see a message that says "You are currently editing the page that shows your latest posts." and it does not allow me to type in any text.
If this page is called "Travel Blog" how can I add the text "Travel Blog" as an h1 element above the grid?
