Add Title to Icon in nav bar using a block element

Hello,
I've added a Login Icon to to the nav bar using a block element and would like to include Title on hover:
I'm not sure how to do that.

Hi there,
thats not an option at the moment unfortunately - something we're looking at in an update.
You can try editing the Button Blocks HTML ( select Block in Toolbar Drop down menu there is the option ) but it can break the HTML.
The only other workaround at the moment is to use custom HTML Block to output that.
