Add "title" attribute option to buttons

I think something like should be added because right now, it's impossible to add a title tooltip to buttons.
Please make this possible, perhaps under the advanced section, there can be a radio toggle... that pops up an input field and adds the TITLE attribute.

Currently, this is only possible using the Custom Attributes feature in the Pro version.
I agree that at least the title attribute should likely be an option in the free version. We'll take a look :)
