Add Time to Byline

Is there a way to add the time to the byline, after the date? I have GP Premium installed, adding the time doesn't seem to be an option (unless I'm just missing it, which is totally possible). Absolutely love GP !
The time is added as a title tag to the date (hover over the date to see it).
Are you wanting what you see when you hover to show up after the date?

Yes, though, I was trying to get it to show up after the date, such as:
April 24, 2015 @ 4:15PM by Amy
It's not that critical, it was just me being OCD on a project. :) I can tinker with it too, as I'm sure there's more important requests. Thanks for everything Tom. GP and you rock !

It should overwrite the core function and add the time as you need it.
