Add sticky bar at bottom on mobile

Hello Tom,
I'm trying to add a fixed bottom bar on the mobile version of my site (and only when it's mobile). Something like this:

I want it to be 50px height. It will be always sticky. I need to place some icons (Email, Phone etc.) with links.
Is there a way to do so please?

Are you using the copyright section currently?

or maybe try using hooks + this plugin? https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/
