Hi, I can't seem to find a way to make my homepage image a rotating banner. Can kindly advice, thanks!

GP doesn't have any rotating banner feature built-in.
I believe you are looking for a slider or carousel plugin.
There should be lots of options out there such as Smart Slider 3.
