Hi :-)
i added a page and selected this for the blog-archive in the wordpress settings.
How can i display the content of this page bevore the listing of the posts?
Or do i have to add an element in "Backend > Design > Elements" ?

yes, you will need to use a Block Element to do that.
The Block Element - Page Hero automatically positions itself after the header and before the main content.

Or you can use a the Block Element - Hook if you want to position it elsewhere:

Theres a dedicated Display Rule of Blog in the Elements that you need to choose.
