add ons not working?

upload plugin ok
activate ok
license key ok
but actual plug in elements are missing in the customise screen?
have tried activating/ deactivating/ uninstalling and reinstalling
help!

Are you sure they're missing? If you check out the knowledgebase articles on the individual add-ons you'll see where each option is located in the Customizer: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/
