Add-on installed and activated but no change to setting i had before

So i bought the GP Premium thinking i would be able to invert colours. (Ie. Black background, white text, white navigation side bar and so on)
But i've installed and activated the plug-in and it seems like i have the same settings i had before i bought the add-on? can you tell me if i've done something wrong... Or if what i want is even possible?
Limited IT knowledge here. :)
