I need to insert a new custom sidebar. without plugins

please let me know:

1) the exact procedure

2) php code to use
3) css to be used

Hi there,

this would require custom development which is way outside of this forums scope.

Plugins are the easiest way to go - and its all code whether it be in a plugin or not.

Unfortunately its not that simple - you can see the process of registering sidebars in the developers handbook. Its very specific to different needs:
