Add new items to "Disable Elements"

Hi!
Is it possible to create own disable element items to Disable Elements -menu.
I am satisfied if the option generates code to stylesheet:
.page-id-1 .my-element {
display:none;
}

which type of elements are you want to disable and what would be the decision behind disabling them ?
For example: If the post doesn't have a featured image then remove the header element.
