Add mandatory checkbox to checkout page in seller

My payment gateway here in Thailand requires a mandatory checkbox on my checkout page where the purchaser must tick and agree to my refund and return policy. How do I set this up?
My apologies if this is a basic question, I am doing it myself.

does your payment gateway provide the code and any instructions as to where it should be placed ?
They do not, however, I have researched this and I can add a Terms and Conditions page and then set this page in Woo commerce. Once I doi this the accept terms and conditions checkbox appears on my checkout page.
So I believe this is enough.
