Add logo to top of off canvas panel

Hi there,

i am trying to add a logo in the off canvas panel according to Elvins solution posted in another thread.
I opted for the solution as block element.

Currently i tried the hooks "inside_slideout_navigation" and "after_slideout_navigation". But both "cut" my block so only a small part appears.
I would want the block to appear on top of the off canvas panel with full width container.
The menu appears when the page size gets smaller.

edit: by the way - could you tell me what you use for the new 2 factor authentification? meaning the one sending an email with code when i login here.
