Add logo to slidout menu

Hi there,
1- I am using a slideout template on my website and trying to keep the slideout menu open by default on the Desktop, is there any way to do that?
2- I want to add the site logo at the top of the menu item, I tried to do using hook but that didn't work as the theme shows the logo while the slideout menu is closed.
3- I want to allow you to open one submenu at a time, is it possible?
4- Can I make it support RTL in addition to LTR?

1. In that case, will you consider using the Sider template instead of the Slideout template?

2. If you use the Sider template, it will be achieved automatically.
