add links to images in a footer element

I can't add the link on the image (logo of my footer) the footer is an element created by the theme generate premium

can you share a link to the site ? Or let me know if you imported a site from the Site Library ?

the site is still local, but yes I started by using a site from the library.
the problem is solved, I recreate a new element ,
