Add footer pattern from pattern Library

I have both the License of GP premium and GB pro. My question is how to add footer pattern of pattern library in my Website?
Hi there,
Try follow the steps below:
1. Go to appearance > elements, and create a new block element.
2. Add the footer pattern to the block element.
3. Select site footeras the element type:

4. Select entire site as the location and publish it.
